2012 Training Camps
This summer Endurance Sports Coaching is running two weeks of training camps in the Pyrenees in association with Pyrenees Multisport.
Intermediate/Advanced training week (2-9 June)
Take advantage of the extra bank holiday, take a day less annual leave and head off for a week of training in the beautiful Pyrenees. This first week is aimed at more experienced athletes looking for a week of bike centred training with additional swim or run sessions. So whether it is long distance race in the second half of the year or a big improvement in fitness you are looking for; this week will hit the spot.
Novice/Intermediate training week (9-16 June)
This week is ideal for athletes who are newer into the sport or those who want a more relaxed triathlon based holiday in a truly stunning location. With less biking than the previous week there will be more time swimming and running to focus on the technique and skills you need to improve to give your training and racing a real boost.
Of course both weeks will allow time for 1-2-1 coaching, talks and group discussions on popular triathlon topics.
